Terms of Service

By downloading or using any Kinetic Wireless app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Apps

Kinetic Wireless apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the apps. You may not use the apps for any unlawful purpose.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All AI-generated content (readings, interpretations, insights, letters) is for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice — medical, psychological, financial, legal, or otherwise. Do not make important life decisions based solely on AI-generated content.

3. Premium Subscription

Kinetic Premium is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks AI features across all Kinetic Wireless apps:

Subscriptions are managed through Apple and will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation instructions: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple per their standard refund policy. Contact Apple Support for billing disputes.

5. User-Generated Content

If you post content in community features, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app. You are responsible for any content you post. We may remove content that violates these terms.

6. Prohibited Content

When using community features, you may not post content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or violates others' privacy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kinetic Wireless Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our apps.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the apps after changes constitutes acceptance.
