What is Kinetic Premium?

Kinetic Premium is a shared subscription that unlocks AI-powered features across all Kinetic Wireless apps. One subscription covers all 12 apps — $3.99/month or $29.99/year.

How do I restore my subscription?

Open any Kinetic Wireless app → Settings → Restore Purchases. Your Premium access will be restored if you're signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Kinetic Premium → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Are my photos stored or shared?

No. Photos submitted to FengShuiSnap, PalmScan, or FaceFortuneAI are sent for AI analysis and immediately discarded. We do not store or share your images.

How do I delete my account?

Open any app → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or email us at support@kinetic-wireless.com and we'll delete your data within 30 days.

The AI response seems off. What should I do?

AI responses are generated and may occasionally be imperfect. They are for entertainment and self-reflection only, not professional advice. If you experience a technical error, please contact us.

I was charged but the app shows I'm not Premium.

Try: Settings → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, contact us with your Apple receipt and we'll resolve it promptly.
