Kinetic Wireless Limited ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Kinetic Wireless suite of iOS applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique anonymized identifier and, if you choose to share it, your email address. We never receive your Apple ID password.

Usage data: We collect anonymous usage events (e.g., features opened, session duration) to improve app quality. This data is not linked to your identity.

Subscription status: We store whether you have an active Premium subscription to unlock AI features.

Photos and Images

Three apps (FengShuiSnap, PalmScan, FaceFortuneAI) require camera or photo library access to perform AI analysis. Your photos are sent to our AI provider for analysis and immediately discarded. We do not store, retain, or share your photos. Photo analysis results may be stored with your account if you choose to save them.

AI Processing

Text and image inputs are processed by third-party AI providers (NVIDIA NIM, Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek) solely to generate responses. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not sell your data to AI providers for training purposes.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Your real name or contact information (unless voluntarily provided in community posts)
• Device location
• Payment information (handled entirely by Apple)
• Photos or biometric data beyond in-session AI analysis

Data Storage

Account data is stored in Supabase (EU/US servers) with row-level security — only you can access your own data. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained until you delete your account. You may request account deletion by contacting support@kinetic-wireless.com. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
